  With eight years of prior experience with an amazing martial arts teacher, my standards are set pretty high. Every standard I have has been matched or exceeded at this school. The quality of the art is matched only by the quality of the teaching.
  
  The atmosphere inside this school is peaceful, respectful and loving. All the instructors, from the chief instructor down, care about every single student and understand that every student is different and has different needs. The curriculum is organized in such a way as to help the student grow physically, mentally and emotionally.
  
  After four months of studying here in both the kung-fu and the qi-gong classes, I have noticed increased energy, better focus, fewer body pains, and even improved eyesight (currently only for about fifteen minutes after the class ends, but that's still pretty cool, isn't it?).
  
  I highly recommend this school to anyone interested - whether you have prior experience or not, young or old, no matter. You will benefit.
